International terrorist Deşifre manages the finances of terrorist groups around the world. One day, Deşifre steals a virus from the Pentagon and completes the chemical weapon he has been working on. He carries out his plan at the NATO summit in Turkey by injecting the virus into water bottles. The virus causes people to mutate, with some delegates turning into women, others into trees, and so on. The agents tasked with uncovering the truth are K9, who is as clumsy as he is successful, and his beautiful and sexy partner, Agent Ayşe Kosovalı.
